Unlike many bulky braces made of sweat-trapping neoprene, Norvo sleeves are crafted from ultra-lightweight, breathable fabric designed to wick away moisture. To maintain the compression elasticity and keep your sleeve fresh, please follow these guidelines:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water (or hand wash)
- Use a mild soap or detergent
- Air dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting
- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners
- Do not iron or dry clean
Pro-Tip: To protect the fabric from snags, always make sure the Velcro straps are secured directly onto themselves (closure-to-closure) before tossing the sleeve in the wash.

- Slip it on: Slide your foot into the sleeve just like a normal sock.
- Lift the straps: Hold the two attached straps upright.
- Cross the top: Bring both straps across the top of your foot (your instep) and around your ankle, crossing them over each other.
- Wrap the back: Pull the straps around the back of your heel/ankle.
- Secure the fit: Bring the ends back toward the front and press the Velcro tabs down to lock them into place.

To start a return or request an exchange, please email our customer care team at support@trynorvo.com within 30 days of receiving your package. We gladly offer direct exchanges if your item arrives defective or damaged (this excludes regular wear and tear, dirt, or stains that occur after use).
Once you contact us, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Upon receiving your return, we will either ship out a replacement or issue a full refund for the product's purchase price.
Please keep in mind: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and this policy does not apply to orders that were placed with an incorrect shipping address.
