1. Order Processing Time
Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time".
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Peak Season & Holidays: During high-volume periods (such as Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, or Black Friday), order processing may take longer due to the surge in demand. Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking number to be generated during these times.
You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer International Shipping to most countries worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Australia, USA, UK, Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10 to 25 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local carrier processing, and your location's distance from major logistics hubs.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive the email. You can track your order directly on our website here:

4. Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
- If an order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong zip code), Norvo is not responsible for replacing the order free of charge.
- If a package is returned to sender, a reshipping fee may apply to send it out again.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Norvo is not liable for products damaged or lost during the shipping process. However, we are here to help.
Item marked as "Delivered" but not received: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check your mailbox, front desk, safe spots, and with neighbors. You must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
