If your order has already been shipped (provided with a tracking number), we are unable to cancel or refund the order at that moment; please await its arrival before contacting us.
Refund and Return Eligibility
Our standard policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. However, some products may feature extended satisfaction guarantees or longer trial periods. Please refer specifically to the description on the individual product page to confirm the exact eligibility period for your purchase. If the applicable period for your specific product (starting from the day you received it) has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a full return and refund:
* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be in the original packaging.
* Items that show signs of wear, use, or are not in their original condition may only qualify for a partial refund or may be rejected due to hygiene standards.
* Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. For incorrect address submissions, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@trynorvo.com for instructions.
